I will be updating this page-------I am raising my litters on a raw food diet now. It's been an amazing transition and I could not be happier to have found exceptional food choices for all the puppies to grow up eating.
When bringing home your puppy, everything will be new to him/her which could cause a little stress for their little bodies. The one thing I ask for the new families is to please keep the puppies on the same Life's Abundance food that they have been eating for the first 3-4 weeks while they transition to their new homes. People ask me all of the time, "what dog food do you use"? I have fed my dogs (over the years) many different brands of premium dog food. I am a true believer that our dogs deserve a high quality food in order to maintain optimal health (just like we can't eat at MickeyD's everyday and not expect health problems down the road). The problem that I found with the higher quality dog foods is that they would get recalled every now and then or they would switch ingredients. So, due to the many requests for a quality dog food made with ingredients from the USA and certified by the AAFCO standards, I have joined the Life's Abundance family.
When I brought my first Doodle home, my mentor, introduced me to Life's Abundance dog food. It is made in the USA, in a human grade factory and NONE of the food sits on a pallet for longer than 6 weeks. This kibble is not slathered with restaurant 'waste' grease to make it 'tasty', or injected with additives for shelf longevity. It is made in small batches, placed in a temperature controlled environment, rotated for freshness and handled with care. Your new puppy will be raised on it. This food has been created by a holistic veterinarian that has studied dog nutrition for over 20 years - unheard of in the vet industry! It is this dedication that has inspired me to highly recommend that you provide your pet with the safest, painstakingly researched and great tasting dog food in kibble form. It is also very convenient if you use the auto ship option. My dogs love it.

About Life's Abundance Pet Food
Where do Life’s Abundance ingredients come from?
The ingredients used to formulate our line of Life’s Abundance pet foods and products are acquired from ethical sources in the US. We prefer and work diligently to obtain local ingredients right from Florida where our corporate office is located.
The only ingredient we purchase from a non-U.S. source is the organic chicken used in our delicious Instinctive Choice Canned Cat Food which we obtain directly from New Zealand.
What are Life’s Abundance Manufacturing Procedures?
Our manufacturer is a family owned operation located in the United States that is APHIS certified to sell pet food on the European market, which has more stringent regulations than in the U.S. for pet food manufacturing.
Sourcing and testing ingredients is done according to the highest standards. Quality control starts with the ingredients which are visually and chemically tested prior to use. We perform quality control check points during the cooking process and samples of every batch are kept at the warehouse facilities.
Life’s Abundance foods are cooked at low temperatures for a short period of time. Our temperatures are set only at about 210 degrees and cooking time is not much longer then 12 1/2 seconds.
How Fresh is Life’s Abundance?
Our food is prepared, sent to the warehouse and then shipped directly to our customers typically within 6 weeks of manufacture. Every bag is stamped with a date that indicates the date the food was manufactured.
Is your pet food safe?
We are proud to state that we have never been on any recall list because our products undergo the strictest quality control testing of all pet food manufacturers.
All of our pet products are safe and APHIS certified which means that all of our ingredients are tested and certified by a third-party agency to ensure its highest, human grade quality.
We have never used corn, wheat, glutens or dairy in any of our pet products, and every batch of food we manufacture is carefully documented before, during and after first performing stringent quality control testing.
